About 911 Function:
Please note that VoIP 911 is different from traditional 911. You will choose one from three options below:

VoIP 911 function enabled for full emergency services (ambulance, police, fire, etc.). Each 911 call will incur $35+tax payable to the VoIP phone company. Your VoIP home phone service may be disconnected if you fail to pay any amount owing.

VoIP 911 function disabled. You must have alternative means (e.g. a cell phone) of calling 911 at home if you go with this option.

VoIP 911 directed to a Canadian hotline phone number (e.g. local police, a relative not living together). It is your responsibility of providing such a hotline phone number to us if you go with this option.
